Bushwackers Members Compete at OBCF Region 6 Regionals - Belpre, Ohio - Ohio River...

Eric Meredith was 10th, Randy Dyke 26th, Shawn Felty 32nd and Dan Burkitt 40th. We competed against 54 anglers. Great job to all and for qualifying for the Ohio Classic in September.

Club Tournament Information

We had 10 members and 1 guest fish our 1st club tournament. We had 4 five fish limits and several other members catching 2 and 3 keepers. The lake was up 3-4 feet and muddy throughout but as usual someone managed to catch them. That person was Randy Dyke. Randy had 5 keepers weighing 12.06lbs. Second was Eric Meredith just edging out Paul Perkins with 6.65 and 6.58 respectively. It was a great day to be on the water starting the new season for our club.

Also, we need to cancel September 1st due to the Northern Divisional in which Randy Dyke qualified. The proposal is to fish the 1st Saturday in November, which is the 3rd. Please check your calendar. This means no club tourney in September.

Some rules and point system have changed. Please goto rules link and review. We are dropping two tournaments this year which will allow you to miss two if needed. We added points at the end of the year if you attend all or at least 7 events. Also, more points to the winner. Thanks
